If you prefer, you can sign up by mail or fax using our Bank Transfer Automatic Payment Form. Simply complete and return the form to Pine Tree Networks, 56 Campus Drive, New Gloucester, ME 04260 or Fax to 207-688-8820.

Credit card payments are accepted by phone during our regular business office hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM by calling 688-8811 toll free from anywhere we serve. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
