1. Open up Outlook Express.

2. Click on Tools and then Accounts on the menu at the top of the page.

3. Click on the Mail tab and then click Add and Mail.

4. Type your your name in the Display name field and click Next.

5. Type your complete email address in the E-mail address field and click Next.

6. Type "mail.securespeed.us" in the Incoming mail field and " mail-out.securespeed.us" in the Outgoing mail field. Click Next.

7. Type your complete email address in the Account Name field and your password in the Password field. Click Next.

8. Congratulations! You're all done. Click Finish.
