Create and change your personal caller greeting as many times as you want to. Voice Mail will answer each call with your personal greeting and then records the caller's message.

The tutorial is activated automatically the first time you log into your mailbox. The tutorial will acquaint you with your voice mailbox and will walk you through the process of setting up your personal mailbox.

Voice mail has a built in time and date stamp so you can track when each message is received by the system.

A single keystroke allows you to perform multiple commands from any touch-tone telephone. A helpful voice guides you through the process of retrieving or saving your messages.

To retrieve your messages faster, select the prompt override option as soon as your voicemail begins.

Personal Identification Numbers ensure security so no one can enter your Voice Mail without your PIN. You can designate and change your PIN as often as necessary to ensure your security.

You'll know when you have messages waiting for you when you hear special "stutter" dial tone on your phone when you pick it up. When new messages enter your voicemail, we can also activate a message-waiting lamp on your telephone (where available). When you empty your mailbox of new messages, the normal dial tone is restored.

Voice Mail will deliver your messages to a different local telephone number if you choose. Voice Mail will call you at the number you designate to deliver any un-played messages in your Voice Mailbox. Simply answer the phone and enter your PIN, and Voice Mail will play all of your new messages.

Design a group of mailboxes to fit the needs of your multi-level or departmentalized organization. All features and options of Voice Mail are duplicated for each mailbox.

A family mailbox allows callers to choose a specific person by pressing a single digit during the Voice Mail greeting. Each member of your family can have a private mailbox and receive all of the benefits of a personal answering machine, in a single-family telephone line.

The voice mail bulletin board allows you to provide callers with up to 2 minutes of information, without taking any messages. Use this option to communicate detailed information on specific subjects such as specials of-the-day, upcoming events, or items for sale.
